1. The main application of ultrasonic spraying:

2. Expanded application of ultrasonic atomization:
Ultrasonic atomizing nozzles are often made of high-resistance titanium alloy, which can effectively resist various strong acid (alkali) liquid corrosion. In particular, some oxidizing or corrosive disinfectants, such as hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, and formaldehyde, are sprayed and sterilized. These liquids are highly erosive to conventional atomizing equipment and affect the service life of equipment. With the diffusion of compressed gas at a certain temperature, it can be used in medical gasification sterilization (such as low temperature VHP sterilizer, low temperature sterilization room, etc.).
The principle of ultrasonic atomization spraying, combined with hot air or vacuum volatilization, can achieve spray granulation from nanometer or micron.
Utilizing the principle of ultrasonic atomization spraying, it can realize the spray film forming technology for liquid, combined with the hot air or vacuum volatilization auxiliary function, can realize the precision film forming function from nanometer or micrometer level, such as PVDF nano film preparation.
3. Ultrasonic spray for solution type:
Pure water solvents, oligomeric alcohols, ketones, aldehyde solvents, dilute acids, dilute bases, halogens, low-concentration salts, etc. Among them, the solution with ethanol, acetone and methyl ethyl ketone as the solvent has the best atomization effect.

4. Ultrasonic spraying is not suitable for solution type:
High concentration of liquid-solid mixture (solid content greater than 60%), polymer type, such as lipids (such as epoxy resin, polyurethane) polyene. In particular, the epoxy resin solution is difficult to atomize, and the effect of uniform atomization cannot be basically achieved.
