The ultrasonic cleaner transducer is a sandwich member made of lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic material. Most of the ultrasonic cleaning machines use a horn type ultrasonic transducer to increase the coupling and sound radiation efficiency by enlarging the radiation surface of the front cover. With proper prestressing, the transducer has good electromechanical conversion efficiency under high power and high amplitude conditions.
The ultrasonic cleaner transducer is a device that converts electrical energy to mechanical energy (sonic vibration) using the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics. Ultrasonic cleaning is an ultrasonic vibration generated by a transducer, and an instantaneous high-pressure cavitation bubble generated by a cavitation effect in water rapidly peels off the dirt on the surface of the object to be cleaned, thereby achieving a clean effect.
Features:

2. Large amplitude: The vibrator has a high vibration velocity. It is directly fixed to the bottom of the cleaning tank by means of a tamping bolt, so that the strength is improved, and the amplitude is increased by more than 50% compared with the magnetostrictive vibrator.
3. Good heat resistance: It has a wide temperature range, low resonance impedance and low heat generation.
